Downloading & Files
How and when do I receive my digital files?
Immediately upon checkout completion, you receive direct download links on your order confirmation screen. A backup download receipt is simultaneously emailed to your address. You can re-download anytime.
What file format do I get?
All items are delivered as standard high-resolution (300 DPI) PDF files. They open natively in any web browser, Adobe Acrobat, Preview (Mac), GoodNotes, and Notability without extra software.
Do you offer both US Letter and International A4 sizes?
Yes! Every purchase includes both standard US Letter (8.5×11 inches) and international A4 (210×297 mm) formats so your printer does not crop margins.
Printing Advice
What type of paper do you recommend for coloring sheets?
For crayons and light colored pencils, standard 20lb–24lb copy paper works wonderfully. If using markers, gel pens, or light watercolors, we recommend 65lb–80lb cardstock or smooth Bristol vellum paper to prevent bleed-through.
What printer settings should I select?
In your printer dialog, ensure "Page Scaling" is set to "Fit to Printable Area" or "Actual Size (100%)". Set print quality to "High" or "Best" for the sharpest vector line art.
Can I take the PDF to a local copy shop (Staples, FedEx, Officeworks)?
Absolutely! Save the PDF to a thumb drive or upload directly to their online printing portal. We include a printing authorization certificate inside your order receipt.
Licensing & Usage
How many times can I print the files?
You can print as many copies as you like for your personal, family, or single-classroom educational use.
Can I resell or share the digital files online?
No. All files are protected by copyright for personal and non-commercial educational use only. Digital resale, file sharing, or uploading to public repositories is strictly prohibited.
